Manage Your Demos

• There are two types of Demos:

  • Dealership: This is when there is only one location

  • Group: When the organization is part of a dealership group

• Dealership users will select a date for a demo, it is up to the vendor to determine the earliest available time and to send the meeting invite after they receive the demo request.

• Dealership can add multiple people the request so ensure you add them to the invitation

• Dealerships can edit a demo to include additional people or change the time, you will get an update lead email when this happens.

Leads

• Will be delivered to the lead delivery address on file. Depending on if they are a dealer group or individual location the information with vary.
