# Reviews

## Owner Reviews

* After you add a vendor to your organization you'll be able to add a review for the product you contracted with them. This will help other dealerships determine which partners to choose as well as determine the type of products the system will recommend.
* There are 18 pre-determined Pros and Cons as each attribute can be viewed positively or negatively. Choose the categories that stand out in your mind.
* A summary of your thoughts is at the bottom. Add what you would've liked to know prior to doing business with this company.
* The overall rating completes the review.

## Demo Reviews

* Demo reviews are a new concept and designed to help dealers ensure everyone chips in with their impression of the demo before you move forward. This helps standardize procurement while not bogging it down. It is also important for measuring the gap between how dealerships felt after the demo versus after owning the product. This how we can spot products that fall short of or overachieve expectations.
* After a demo is 'Marked Complete' it will move from the scheduled lane to the completed lane. You can create a review by clicking the 'star'. You can also edit it, as often times, you will have multiple meetings before moving forward.
* These reviews are aggregated in the 'Proposal Developer' for all to see
