Adding Vendors

  • You can add vendors to a store or to the group. So if you have group-wide marketing or software services, you can separate them from the individual stores. If it's not for the group you need to select a dealership by just clicking on it.

  • Just start searching for the vendor you want to add and select it from the list.

  • Vendors will periodically change product names so the application is designed to allow you to choose ones that have previously been entered or add a new one.

  • Add the 'Monthly Cost' and if applicable the 'Variable Cost Average'.

  • For the contract terms you can chose an standard out or manually enter the end date.

Editing, Canceling and Reactivating Vendors

  • You can adjust costs and terms at any point.

  • If you decide to cancel a vendor it will first prompt you to confirm then ask you to confirm your final costs and the term end date.

  • You can reactivate a vendor if you have a change of heart. It will have you confirm the same information.

Referring a Vendor to LVL Up to Add

  • If you have vendor of yours that hasn't been added click ‘Refer a Vendor’ and we will get it added.

  • We are working to add more each week but we can let you skip the line. You will get an email after it has been vetted and added.

Searching for Vendors

  • The search engine and database that power it have some unique features to make finding a new vendor partner easier. There are 21 vendor categories that describe the individual services vendors offer dealerships.

  • There are 2 separate ways to search:

    • The search engine is mapped to over 30 attributes as well as of summarized details per vendor. It will return results unique to what you are looking for.

    • The other way is from using combinations of the dropdown filters, and the categories.

Vendor Details

  • Contains a summary of each vendors company, products, categories of services and their recent demo and owner reviews.

  • Selecting a product will open up more details provided by the vendor.
