π΅Demo Up
Overview
There are several challenges both dealerships and vendors face connecting with each other when either seeking or requesting a sales demo.
Outbound calls - vendors inundate them with outbound calls distracting front line staff and annoying managers. Dealerships have been forced to create processes to deal with these calls.
Personnel expense β if the dealership staffs each demo with 2, $100k employees it costs them $75 just to attend the meeting. The number of demos per month is unknown as this is not measured by anyone currently. Estimates range from 5-15 demos per month.
Lack of a procurement process β dealerships often donβt stick to a standard template for how a vendor progresses from the first demonstration to onboarding. Accounting typically finds out when the new vendor sends an invoice.
Solution
LVL Up solves a number of these challenges by giving dealerships the ability to set and manage all demos directly inside the platform.
Dealerships can direct vendors that call them to LVL Up and to no longer call the dealership going forward.
LVL up charges vendors on a per demo completed basis. Part of this goes back to the dealership to compensate them for the personnel expense
